So…we had a Nintendo Direct on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Gonna throw together a quick little summary of that I saw.<\/p>\n
SMASH: So Pyra and Mythra are now Smash fighters. While I was disappointed that it wasn’t Shantae, it actually seems interesting that these two have become fighters. Also, it seems that it’s basically Ultimate<\/em>‘s version of pre-Smash4 Zelda\/Sheik. Nice.<\/p>\n SKYWARD SWORD HD: Hmmm…haven’t really played SS outside of the Best Buy demo (the Ghirahim fight), so not 100% sure about this, but I mean it seems to get positive reactions so…yay? xD<\/p>\n SPLATOON 3: Now THIS is the news that caught my attention. Splatoon 2 has basically become a part of my Switch (aside from recording Smash and Shantae stuff), and I’ve been trying to get S Rank. Now I have a deadline. \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n MARIO GOLF: Playing Toadstool Tour with Autumn and Scooter has taught me one thing: I’m pretty bad at golf titles. I feel like this would be no different. As far as presentation, it feels like any other Switch title tbh, but we’ll see.<\/p>\n TRIANGLE STRATEGY: Haven’t really played Octopath, so I dunno what I could say about this one.<\/p>\n STAR WARS: So I looked over the trailer before I wrote this…and it told me nothing. I’m presuming it’ll be Pokemon Masters mixed with Metroid Hunters?<\/p>\n FALL GUYS: I’ve been meaning to play this, but never actually bought the Steam version. Hopefully, there’s some sort of cross-platform play.<\/p>\n NINJA GAIDEN: Not gonna lie, I feel like they don’t do much with this franchise. I’m hoping with the release of this collection, they’ll probably do more.<\/p>\n MIITOPIA: Are they confirming the 3DS is dead?
